This villa offers a panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the towering lush Center Hills mountain, with breath taking sunset views and star filled night skies. Grand View is perfect for 1-3 couples while maximising privacy. Each bedroom has a private sitting/living room, full bath and direct porch or deck access, and an enchanting ocean view.
Grandview sits in one of the most wooded areas on Montserrat. It is lush with vegetation, palm and fruit trees and flowers of all sorts. The effect of the lush vegetation and dramatic mountain backdrop are enhanced by year round refreshing breezes and assures guests of pure relaxation.
Only a short walk down the road is one of the best beaches you will ever set eyes on. Woodlands Beach is secluded, nestled between cliffs where you will likely be the only visitors enjoying the aqua blue waters and Montserrat’s famous black sand beaches. Have a private pinic in the well equipped beach pavilion, swim or snorkel around the cliff to your left and find a petite ultra private beach only accessible by water.

Additional information about rental rates:

Short term rates are based on 2 guests; add $15 per night, per additional guest.

Short term bookings: 50% in advance at the time of booking, and 50% due 60 days before your stay.

One week minimum rentals.

Long term rentals of 6 months or more – $1500 a month + damage protection. 
Additional $150 a month for each guest above 2.

Long term bookings of 6 months or more: First, last and 1 month security, then monthly payments.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
